1. Scope
DrivaApp is designed for organisations and is supplied primarily on a business-to-business basis. This policy applies to recurring DrivaApp subscriptions purchased directly from ExcelTTC or through our authorised online checkout. Any signed order form or separately agreed written terms take priority if they expressly state different cancellation arrangements.
2. How to cancel
An authorised tenant owner or billing administrator may request cancellation through the secure Stripe billing portal when that option is available, or by contacting us using the details below. Include the organisation name and account email. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the person making the request is authorised to act for the customer. Deleting a user, removing payment details or ceasing to use the service does not by itself cancel a subscription.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Unless a signed order form states otherwise, cancellation stops the subscription from renewing and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The customer may continue to use the service until that date, subject to these Terms and payment of all amounts due. We will provide confirmation when a cancellation request has been recorded.
4. Billing after cancellation
Charges already due remain payable. No new recurring subscription period will begin after the effective cancellation date. Usage charges, additional services or other amounts validly incurred before cancellation may still be invoiced or collected after the request is submitted.
5. Refunds and credits
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law, expressly provided by an agreed order form, or approved by ExcelTTC in writing. Any approved refund will normally be returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
6. Access after cancellation
When cancellation becomes effective, access to paid features may end and users may no longer be able to sign in or retrieve operational records. The customer remains responsible for downloading information it is entitled to retain before access ends. We may offer a limited reactivation period, but this is not guaranteed.
7. Data export and deletion
Customers should request any required export before the effective cancellation date. After cancellation, customer data will be retained, deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable agreement, our privacy obligations, legal requirements and documented retention procedures. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal backup rotation.
8. Suspension or termination by ExcelTTC
We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by the Terms, including for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Immediate action may be required to protect customers, users, the service or third parties.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you contract with us as a consumer rather than for business purposes, additional cancellation rights may apply. Contact us promptly so that we can assess the circumstances and provide the information required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service, billing arrangements or law. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated where required by the applicable agreement or law.
